Integrity Guarantee: AI-generated visuals are strictly confined to illustrative marketing contexts. OrderTap never synthesizes, alters, or manipulates genuine restaurant transaction logs, guest orders, customer receipts, or financial data.

Under the German Cash Security Ordinance (Kassensicherungsverordnung - KassenSichV), electronic recording systems used in hospitality must incorporate a certified security module (TSE).

• Built for Transaction Signing: Every order creation, item void, payment transaction, and shift reconciliation is structured to be handed to a BSI TR-03153 security module (TSE) once one is connected — OrderTap never signs fiscal records itself and says “built to”, not “certified”, until that hardware is in the venue.
• DSFinV-K Standard Export: OrderTap generates standardized digital audit files compliant with the official DSFinV-K specification, ready for immediate tax advisor inspection.

OrderTap's fiscal abstraction layer supports multi-jurisdiction fiscal engines. For Austrian operators, the system signs receipts using smart card or cloud HSM certificates producing valid RKSV QR codes. For French operators, an immutable chain of transaction blocks ensures compliance with anti-fraud legislation (Loi anti-fraude TVA).

All OrderTap data infrastructure resides in data centers within Frankfurt, Germany (EU-West). We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization: guests ordering via table QR are never coerced into account creation, and payment cards are tokenized without OrderTap storing raw PAN numbers.
